Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ad Blocker - Stop mobile application ("the App") provided by Ad Blocker - Stop ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

The App is licensed, not sold. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

You agree NOT to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where prohibited by law; modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of it; or circumvent any license keys, usage limits, or security features of the App.

The App blocks advertisements, trackers, and pop-ups based on filter lists, which may be updated from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the App will block all ads or trackers, that it will work on every website, app, or network, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some websites may not function correctly while ad blocking is enabled; you can adjust the App's settings or disable it for such sites.

The App is a tool for your own browsing. You remain responsible for the websites you visit, the apps you use, and how you use your device while the App is installed.

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, they are processed through Google Play. Payments, billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Google Play's terms in addition to these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise, paid features are licensed to you for the subscription period you purchased and renew automatically until cancelled through your Google Play account.

The App, including its design, code, filtering technology, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not granted in these Terms are reserved.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 10.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, or any part of it, if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections 7–9 survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will update the date below and, for material changes, notify you within the App before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
